Every picture comes in nine sizes. At 1000 pieces the table fills up – so freehand selection lets you gather a whole pile at once and drop it into a tray you named yourself.

Your difficulty, your assists
Rotate pieces when it gets too easy. Edge hints and solution outlines when you want it calmer. With color on placement, loose pieces stay line art until they fit. Every assist switches on or off on its own.

Pictures you earn
In the gallery, pictures you haven't solved yet stay out of focus. Only when you finish one does it sharpen – and then you can stay with it for a round of Seek and find.

A holiday by the sea or your pet's familiar face: the “Your Own Photos” DLC turns your own pictures into puzzles. It is the only purchase in the game – Hearthpiece itself stays completely free.

What does Hearthpiece cost?
Nothing. The whole game with all 56 pictures is free – no ads, no subscription, no energy bars. The only purchase is the optional “Your Own Photos” DLC for puzzling your own pictures.
Where can I play Hearthpiece?
On Steam for Windows, since September 14, 2026. You need a mouse or a touchscreen; controllers are not supported.
Do I need an internet connection?
No, Hearthpiece is fully playable offline. Your progress saves after every piece you place – next time you start, everything is right where you left it.
Which languages does the game support?
Eight: English, German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.
Will it run on my PC?
Most likely: Windows 10 (64-bit), a 2 GHz dual-core processor and Vulkan 1.0 capable graphics. Without Vulkan the game falls back to OpenGL 3.3 automatically, and integrated graphics are enough.
